Meet the team

Hues of Summer is a small (but) mighty husband-wife team. Riva - the artist, illustrator & Dreamer and Ben the (p)artner in crime.

🏔️ We are based in colorful Colorado, however always find it difficult when someone asks "where are we from" because we've called many wondeful places home.


🛵 We adore travel and will seek out every opportunity to do so. One of our favorite countries to visit (and maybe someday live in) is sunny Italy.

🚀 We are both full-time engineers and Riva has a master’s from Duke University’s Business School.

🌞 Needless to say, we love summers! There’s something about sunshine, flowers blooming, people on lakes and beaches - it’s like the world is alive and thriving.

🎨 Riva is a self taught artist she been practicing art ever since childhood. Creativity has always been her strongest suit.
